​Purchase Terms

AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
The products offered on this website are only suitable for delivery within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.

1. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONTRACT
To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchasing process and click on "Confirm Payment". After doing so, the Customer receives an email confirming receipt of the order ("Order Confirmation"). In a subsequent second e-mail, the Customer is notified that the order has been accepted and is being sent ("Delivery Confirmation"). If such an approval is not provided to the Customer by SOOTH DESIGN, the Agreement is deemed not to have been established.

2. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

 

All orders are subject to availability in stock. When there is a supply shortage or the product is no longer in stock, SOOTH DESIGN reserves the right to provide information to the Customer about substitute products of similar or different category and value that the Customer can order. If the Customer does not want to order replacement products, SOOTH DESIGN will refund the amount you paid for the unwanted replacement product to the Customer.

3.REJECTION OF THE ORDER

 

SOOTH DESIGN reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website and/or remove or correct any material or content on the website at all times. Although SOOTH DESIGN will use all reasonable efforts to process all orders submitted to it, it always reserves the right to refuse to fulfill or confirm an order if unusual circumstances occur after receiving an order or sending an Order Confirmation to the Customer. SOOTH DESIGN shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for withdrawing any product from the website, removing or correcting any material or content, or refusing to fulfill or confirm an order after receiving it or sending an Order Confirmation.

4. DELIVERY

 

Subject to availability in stock (see point 2 above) and unless there are any unusual circumstances, SOOTH DESIGN will accept orders for products listed in the Delivery Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Delivery Confirmation, and orders for which no estimated delivery date is specified will be processed no later than the Order Confirmation date. delivers within thirty (30) days. If the supply of products is delayed due to a situation beyond SOOTH DESIGN's control, SOOTH DESIGN; Informs the Customer of the situation as soon as possible and takes measures to minimize the effect of the delay. SOOTH DESIGN is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control. However, if there is a serious risk of delay, the Customer can terminate the Agreement by contacting SOOTH DESIGN and the Customer can get his money back for the products he paid for but did not receive. Delivery is not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. The customer must ensure that the items he orders can fit into his home, the areas he plans to store or the delivery location. If the product or products do not fit as requested by the Customer, the Customer may still accept the delivery or request the return of the products. In the context of these Terms, for the status of "delivery" or "delivered" to occur, the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer who will acquire possession of the products The product must have been received, which can be proven by signing the receipt for the products at the specified delivery address.

5. FAILURE TO DELIVERY

 

If delivery is not possible, the product/s will be returned to the warehouse. If delivery is not possible, the Customer is informed of the location of the product subject to the order and how to re-arrange delivery. If the customer is not at the delivery location at the agreed time, he must contact SOOTH DESIGN to rearrange the delivery on another agreed suitable day. If the product subject to the order is brought to the delivery address and the delivery does not occur due to a reason not caused by SOOTH DESIGN and the Customer does not contact SOOTH DESIGN for Delivery within the following fifteen (15) days, the Agreement may be terminated on the grounds that the Customer has acted contrary to the Agreement. As a result of the termination of the contract, SOOTH DESIGN will accept all payments received from the Customer without any unreasonable delay, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs arising from any delivery method requested by the Customer other than the ordinary delivery method offered by SOOTH DESIGN). In any event, it will return it to the Customer within fourteen (14) days after the termination of this Agreement. The Customer should note that there may be additional costs for shipping resulting from the termination of the Contract and SOOTH DESIGN will have the right to reflect this cost to the Customer.

6. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

As long as the Customer accepts delivery by the courier/cargo company determined by SOOTH DESIGN, all benefits and damages related to the products until delivery will be the responsibility of SOOTH DESIGN. Ownership of the products is
